We maintain the high quality of Greenway products and guarantee you will be satisfied. If you or your customers are not satisfied with the products, then at your request (discretion), we will refund your money or exchange goods of inadequate quality for identical/similar products of good quality if they are available at the time.
Return Terms for Consumers
Legal justification for return
You have the right to revoke the remote sales agreement without giving a reason. The deadline for revocation without giving a reason is fourteen (14) days from the day you or the third party who is not the sender received the products. +357 99 26 2976, via internal corporate mail, in your personal account. To comply with the revocation deadline, it is enough to send a notice of revocation before the expiration of its term.
The claim for the return/replacement of products (refund of funds) is considered within fourteen (14) business days from the date of addressing the Company.
If the product was damaged during delivery, it is necessary to draw up a damage report with the courier and send it to the Company. If a damage report is not drawn up, the Company has the right to refuse to satisfy the claim.
Please note that during the return procedure, PV are scored for the returned product. Any Rewards or incentive payments that have already been made will be adjusted based on such purchases.
The consequences of the agreement revocation
If you revoke the agreement, we undertake to immediately (at the latest - within fourteen (14) days starting from the day which we received the message on the revocation - return you the money paid, including shipping costs (excluding additional costs associated with another delivery method). For refunds, we use the same payment method that you used for the transaction, unless it was otherwise agreed upon. There is no fee for a refund. We may refuse to refund until we receive the products back, or until we are given guarantees that the products were sent back. From the moment of revocation announcement, the products shall be returned no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. In this case, you shall bear all the returning costs. The cost of the products is refunded by you only in the case of careless handling, which caused a loss of its qualities.
Replacement of products
Any product of poor quality is replaced with an identical product of good quality with delivery of the next order, provided that the unacceptable product was returned to our Company or that we have received confirmation that the product was being returned to us. In this situation, we bear all return costs. If the product subject to replacement is unavailable, it will be replaced within a month from the date of the claim.
The right of revocation does not arise or loses its force for the following:
- For delivery of products that cannot be changed and are non-refundable
- For delivery of any product that is manufactured according to customer specifications or adapted to personal needs
- For delivery of perishable products or products whose expiration date is about to expire
